All our buffets are prepared by skilled staff using high quality products which we produce ourselves daily from our bakery, straight from the oven to you.

When the buffet arrives, the food is garnished and on platters, which are transported in sturdy boxes. Plates and serviettes will accompany the food, and are included in the price. All vegetarian and fish products are labelled and placed on separate platters. All our food is taken directly from our walk in chillers and placed into our refrigerated vehicles, keeping your food completely fresh.

Please select a menu of your choice, or at the back of the menu pack, all the individual products are listed and you can compile you own menus should you wish to. We fill our freshly baked rolls and sandwiches with over 25 fillings, which are 50% meat and 50% vegetarian. Fish fillings are also labelled and separated from the vegetarian fillings. We have also compiled separate vegetarian menus in each price range, although all our menus do contain vegetarian products.

We also provide platters of savoury meat products, savoury vegetarian products, cheese platters, fish platters and crudities and croutes platters, filled rolls & sandwich platters.

Ideally, we would like 36 hours notice when you place your order, but we can provide buffets with 24 hours notice if the order is placed before 1pm the day before. We can also in an emergency provide a buffet menu for the same day if the order is placed by 9.30 in the morning.

All prices exclude VAT, which is charged at the appropriate rate. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or orders will be charged for.
