All our bread is made using traditional methods. Our bread is made by hand and we use long fermentation times to develop the full flavour of the bread.
Our Wholemeal breads are made using Stoneground Wholemeal Flour, this preserves all the nutritional qualities of the wheat. Our malted loaves use a combination of white and Malthouse flours.
Our range of freshly made baked products is not only the highest quality, it is also extensive, from traditional crusty breads & rolls, to cakes, buns, pastries and savoury products, alongside these products we produce bespoke rich fruit wedding cakes and iced vanilla or chocolate sponge birthday & celebration cakes. We also offer a superb buffet service for family parties and business lunches that includes freshly made sandwiches, savoury flans and handmade fancy cakes.
